Sometimes you just need to get paid. You can use your Stripe account with Training Tilt and send a payment request to clients, contacts or just an email address.
When you create the payment request Training Tilt sends it off to the client so they can just click the pay now link and pay securely with debit and credit cards online straight into you Stripe account. When they've paid we send them a receipt and we update the payment request in your Training Tilt order history as being paid.
With Stripe and Training Tilt combined you can receive payments in almost any currency from almost anywhere in the world.
If the client forgets, is slow to pay, or has lost the email you can just log in to Training Tilt and resend the payment request with a single click. Easy.
Integral to the Training Tilt Platform are our Android and iOS Mobile apps, customized with your colours and brand. Your athletes can view their programs, manage their training schedules and log feedback to the coach online through the app. Articles, recipes and tips are accessible. Athletes can keep their program and all of their resources on them while they are on the go. These mobile apps will give you a professional look and feel to keep your brand front and centre.
The Training Plan Builder can be used to develop training sessions and link those training sessions to customized Training Plans. Once created, Training Plans can then be linked to existing Members or imported into the Online Store and sold as PDF documents. Unlike other methods of training plan building, Coaches can develop and modify their own library and access those resources to customize Training Plans efficiently and consistently.
Engagement is hugely important within any community. In health and fitness, it’s no different. You need to be able to engage with your community but even more importantly your community needs to be able to engage with one another in a meaningful, contextual way.
Anyone can create a social group. Groups can be anything from cities, clubs or groups for members with similar interests. It's left up to the imagination of your members. Once a member creates a social group then other members can click on the "join" button and add themselves to the group. Each group has its own chat page where they can engage, chat, motivate and build a sense of community.
Our social feed and chat features include real time chat. So if someone adds a post or a comment, it will pop up on your page. No need to refresh the page.
Our chat feature is also contextual. As well as a general chat area, all of the scheduled events pages have their own chat features so members can converse about an upcoming event, maybe arrange sharing accommodation or even a bit of smack talk about race day. Chat can also be associated with our other social feature, "social groups" so each group has its own chat page.
The website is like any other marketing website. The user interface can be customized to incorporate individual branding and designs. An existing domain name can be configured to point to the site.
The website functionality means that there is no real need for a customer to maintain a separate site for their business. It has all the functionality you might expect from a custom website including but not restricted to:
Manage your members from a central location. Put a face to a name with profile images and check when members were last logged in. If a member hasn't added a profile image, Training Tilt will attempt to retrieve an image of them from the internet.
Sell memberships to your Training Tilt site using our payments integration so potential clients can sign-up and make automatically recurring payments without any intervention required from you. Set up a tiered business model by offering different levels of Membership Plans (eg Bronze, Silver, Gold). Add value to each Membership Plan by linking them to Training Plans. Members can then apply Training Plans to their training schedule without further intervention from you.
Create Online Forms that your current and potential clients can fill out on your website.
The form builder tool allows you to create different types of questions depending on your requirements including single and multiline free text, single-select, multi-select, yes/no. You can also break your forms up into multiple sections

Create your own events calendar for your community of members, add events for competition, training and even social occasions. both members and administrators will be able to add and edit scheduled events. Members will be able to indicate whether or not they will be attending the event and see who else is attending. This will enable your members to engage with each other and potentially organise social or training activities around shared events. The events functionality includes a calendar and a searchable list view. Include an address for the event and our maps integration will automatically display the location.
Allow your clients to create their own profile by uploading an image of themselves and adding their own "about me" section. They can also update their own contact details and include physical measurements like their height and weight. We can also generate custom fields so members may enter any additional information.
Allow members to keep track of their progress over time by uploading before, during and after photos. These will help keep your members engaged and motivated and remind them of how far they have come using your services. They could also potentially be used in marketing campaigns and promotional material, with the consent of the owner of course.
The Online Store module allows Coaches to list and sell merchandise and Training Plans through their Training Tilt public website. Training plans can be imported from the Plan Builder and will be automatically converted to PDF documents for download at the time of purchase. Training Tilt currently supports the PayPal and 2Checkout payment gateways.
Resources can be securely shared with members and potential clients. Members can login to Training Tilt and access a number of resources including Tips, Articles, Videos, sample workouts and more. All of this content is managed by the Coach using the Coach Portal.
The Member Portal adds value to the client/coach relationship and also allows members to interact with each other online.
The home page shows a number of widgets that gives the member instant access to the latest resources provided by the coach.
The Articles page allows members to search through the complete list of Articles published by the coach.
The Videos page allows members to search through the complete list of Videos leveraged through existing online Video providers such as YouTube and Vimeo and published by the Coach.
Upload files and optionally share them on your public site or for members only. Additionally files can be uploaded to individual member profiles.
Share simple but useful advice with your members about training and racing by creating Tips.
Send bulk email messages to your members/athletes right from your Training Tilt Website. No need to maintain a separate list of email addresses. Create rich HTML emails including images. Save a template to make it easier next time. Great for sending out weekly schedules or for marketing emails.
More than just a blog! allow your members and your coaches to create blog posts within your platfrom. Engage you clients and drive new traffic to your site by writing your own posts but also allow other coaches and even members to create their own blog posts on their own page.
The private Forum functionality in Training Tilt is a great way to keep members engaged and also to create a community. Coaches can run live sessions on a particular topic or just answers questions members have. The great thing about a forum is it allows the members to generate their own content and engage with each other.
